The aim of all self-defence is to teach the skills of maintaining bodily integrity when one is faced with ‘flight or fight’ situations.
No ‘style’ of martial arts is taught; rather the development of the requisite self awareness to avoid dangerous situations, how to diffuse danger and use the mind to maintain integrity. You will acquire the skills necessary to defend yourself in the most common aggressive encounters.
Private or group self-defence classes are conducted in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, in Centennial Park, or at an outdoor location convenient to students’ home or work.
Training and classes are tailored appropriately to the age, gender, and the particular requirements of each participant.
