I have been a member of IMA for a little over a year and I love it! While I am primarily interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu all the programs are covered in the membership, which is comparable to most schools in the area that only offer 1 style. The teaching is top notch ad the instructors all know what they are doing. Mark DellaGrotte, of the UFC, is one of the Muay Thai instructors and makes it fun to train.
The people here are also great. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. One thing it does not ave is drama. I have studied at several locations for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and there is always some type of drama. Not here! They train and have fun, but leave all the other stuff at the door. Also, it is a Marcelo Garcia Association which is awesome as he is one of the best of all time!
Trained here for the last year. Coach and instructor Luis Rodriguez is world class I'm talking best of the best. ..IMA is also an official sityutong and Marcelo Garcia affiliate. ...IMA has a family atmosphere and everyone respects each other and trains to help each other not hurt each other very safe place to train at the top level of martial arts. . IMA offers classes for bjj, muay thai, and MMA . .IMA has several professional fighters as well as ufc fighters that frequently come in to teach seminars. ..place is world class . ..I highly recommend it. ..it will change your life. ..
