TAIJUTSU is skill in using your body for self-protection.
Against one or many, with or without weapons. Through good alignment of the skeleton and bones of the limbs, we can create leverage for locks and throws, or add weight to our strikes with the hands and feet.
Naturally, we can also manipulate our opponent's skeleton to take their balance, break bones, or suppress & restrain.
