Jik Cheung Kung Fu was founded in 1983 and has been a member of the AMAA since 1984. Jik Cheung Kung Fu is based on concept and traditional Chinese Martial Arts. Students gain fitness and learn self defence through a combination of traditional and hand to hand skill activities. Jik Cheung Kung Fu is a modern and practical style of Kung Fu that is both easy to learn and apply. The body's natural flinch mechanism reacts in a certain way when attacked protecting the three vital points the eyes, throat and groin. Learn how to protect those points through training a wide range of hand and foot movements and a combination of short striking ( Chain Punching ) kicks, locks ( Chin Na) foot work, tactile sensitivity (Sticky Hands) along with combative drill training.
